The CCEEers Become Frugal and Repurpose Items

Shirley, the creator of our July challenges for the CCEE Stampers, asked us to use things in our stash that we kept because we just knew we would use it someday.  I used to decorate pads for my friends, but definitely bought more than I have used.  We are all retired now, so there is less use for such items, so this has been gathering dust.  I kept this very clean and classic as I am not sure how I will use it or if I will gift it.  Once I know that, I might decorate it a bit more.

I used a variety of Spellbinder dies and a retired SU set for this creation.

Be sure to visit the CCEE Stampers Blog.  There will be lots of 'repurposing' inspiration.......might get you to use something you have kept for a long time....figuring it would come in handy.....but still sits there gathering dust.

I have purchased books to do this but they are in drawers gathering dust!! Your beautiful design has inspired me to pull a few out and get busy! Fabulous work, Joanne!

Isn't it interesting how our lives change when we retire? I have a stock of them too! I think the idea is sweet.....and if it's going to be beside a phone in the house, more embellies would work, but it's enough if it's going into a purse! Well done!

I don't think this needs any more! I was VERY late getting in on this, I think last year was the first time I altered several notebooks for Christmas. Wherever you gift this one, I'm sure it will be really appreciated.

Wonderful pad, Joanne. Those pads come in so handy so if you don't use it, I know someone would really enjoy it and find it very useful.

Take care and hope you're feeling better soon.
