CCEEers Go Red, White, and Blue

Shirley created our challenges for July.  This week our goal was to make cards with red, white, and blue to honor the 4th of July holiday.  However, since we have international DT members, the card does not have to be patriotic.  I am putting together a gift of cards for a friend, so I kept it generic.

These poppies and the sentiment are from 2 sets by Penny Black.

Be sure to visit the CCEE Stampers Blog to see the fabulous red, white, and blue creations by this very friendly AND talented team.

Red poppies - couldn't be more perfect! And the black layering, especially under the gingham, looks fab.
