A Sketch for the Crazies

This week, the Crazy4Challenge DT is using a sketch given to us by our October hostess, Jessie.

I used this cardinal image from Penny Black.  After coloring with Copics, I sponged Creamy Caramel ink while the oval die cut was still on the paper, thus creating the white frame surrounding the image.  I then added a lacy black frame made with an MFT die cut.  I punched the snowflakes with two MS hand punches.  I put small Prima roses in the center of each snowflake.  I used an MFT die cut for my sentiment.

With a sketch, it is so fascinating to see how the different DT members interpret and use it.  If you are as curious as me, be sure to stop in to check out the creations at the Crazies Blog.
