Ano'REX'ia OR Bad Hair Day!!!

I have been a bit under the weather lately (both figuratively and physically...lol....as we have had some wet, windy, and wild weather)!!! I had several days where I just didn't feel up to par.....then last Saturday it 'bloomed' and since then I have been lacking energy. Yesterday was my first day back to the pool and my first day in the stamp cave. It was a good thing I was ahead on my challenges, so I was able to just take it easy. I did accomplish something in those days. I watched a lot of my 'saved' shows on my DVR!!! I didn't claim it was a GREAT accomplishment......ROFLMBO!!!!!

Anyhoooooooooooooooo......today is the day for another Muddamark Tea Party Tuesday.....so please go here for the WHOLE story.........and then read on for MY story........

Well.....Derek the Dragon is busy transporting Tea Party ladies, but he wanted to contribute to the 'hair' event. Daniella, his gal pal, one of the prettiest dragons in the fiefdom said she would go and have her scales polished and her feathers fluffed. A gal likes to look her best, ya know.......well....this is where things went wrong......she did not get a trained professional to do her polishing and fluffing.....one of the knights did her do.....and WOW did he DO IT!!!! He polished a bit, fluffed a bit, but realized he had done one side more than the other...so he trimmed....and then had to trim....and trim....and trim.....well.....as we can see above, Daniella is now running for cover as her scales have been polished off and her feathers plucked and she is so embarrassed that she is running to hide in a huge cave until they can grow back. She left a note for Derek, but she is really not sure when she will ever see him again.

The moral of the story......if a knight in shining armor offers you a haircut....run....run....RUN!!!!!

Wishing you a day full of fun and good health!!!

Joanne, I see you being under the weather has not too adversely affected you in the stamping or creative arena...this one just makes me laugh!!
Haven't we all had those kinds of haircuts? Yikes, makes me want to cancel my next one...
Well, thanks for the giggle, and glad you got to play the teaparty, I am still thinkin of any stamp I have that might fit in...dragons and knights and beauty salons, where does Cindy come up with this stuff?
Thinking of you and hope you feel much much better soon!

That made me laugh! I haven't had any hair CUTS like that but I did have a friend try to give me highlights which turned my hair whiter than my grandmother's . . . it was terrible! Like a T-Rex terrible! Which this card is not . . . terrible, its so cute and made me laugh!

No buffing and fluffing for me! I thought about maybe letting them do my roots but I might come home bald. I think I'll just sit by the fire and drink tea! This is too cute, Joanne!
