Stampin B's Challenge --- Monochromatic

The Stampin B's challenge team are already having their fourth challenge this week. What fun to share these challenges with my fellow challenge members and the many who are playing right along with us. Thanks so much to those who are participating. Be sure to stop in at the Stampin B's Blog to check out the other team member's creations.

This week's challenge is to make a monochromatic card. I'm not sure what I am going to do when I run out of River Rock....lol. Wish I had bought the stamp pad!? Well, anyhow.....all cardstock and designer papers are SU. The sentiment and image are from There She Goes, a coffee related set called 'Let's Get Together'. I used a couple of punches to create the flower, including a MS flower punch, a MS branch punch, and (I believe) a Fiskar's flower punch. I CB'd the two vertical layers and used my Nesties to die cut and emboss the main image and its scalloped mat. I also used my SU piercing tool kit on this card. I added a few mini brads in the upper right and a large brad for the flower center. And that's that!!!

Today should be a calmer day than yesterday. Am going to try to make it to the pool, but am not setting the alarm, so we shall see. Unfortunately rain is in the forecast!

Hope you all have a wonderful day!!
