I have had this Penny Black sentiment stamp for years, but rarely use it as it takes up so much space on a card. However, for today's Limited Supplies Challenge on Splitcoast, it was the perfect stamp. For the LSC we could use only one stamp and it had to be a sentiment only. Other than that we could use any embellishments, punches, etc. Well, I first selected these designer papers by Daisy D and Imaginisce, and then created a layered bloom to go with them. I then added some 'bling' to the center of the flower and to the tabs and this card was the result.
As to my blogging debut, I would like to thank those of you who took the time to stop in and say hello. Bear with me as I learn the blogging 'ropes'. Feel free to give me some suggestions if there is something I should be including along the way.
Have a great day! Things are supposed to warm up a bit around here this weekend, but I won't believe it until I can FEEL the warmth. (Of course, when we talk about warmth, that really means a temp above freezing.....lol)
