Roses Are Blooming at the CCEE Stampers Blog

Sorry for the muddy photo...Have been having trouble with that lately....Only some days, though.

The flower for June is the rose. There are so many varieties and colors in roses. So, Liz's challenge to the CCEE Stampers for this week is to make a card or project that makes use of a rose or a bouquet of roses. Come join us in the rose garden this week at the CCEE Stampers Blog and share your creations on our link. If you post over on Splitcoaststampers don't forget to use CCEE1524 as your keyword.

I used stencils to create my roses and leaves.  I used my ancient Itty Bitty stamps from SU for the splatter and a sentiment stamp from Hero Arts.  I added some piercing to finish it off.

Love those stenciled roses, Joanne! And I will NEVER get rid of Itty Bitty Backgrounds -- I like the way you filled up the spaces with the speckles.

That rose stencil is just beautiful, Joanne! I wouldn't know where to start with it. Adding the spatter looks fabulous, it gives it a lovely vintage look.
