As the month of March came in like a lion (around New England, at least), so does our weekly challenge. Anne, our hostess for the CCEE Stampers challenged us to go wild with lion or wild animal images.
After some hard thinking, I remembered I had this stamp set from Mark's Finest Papers which would perfectly fit the bill. I used the lion image and the birthday sentiment from this set. I added some layers and some paper piecing to finish the card, along with 3 brads.
Be sure to visit the CCEE Stampers Blog to see the wild creations by the rest of this very talented and friendly team.

awesome card, love the colors and layers on this
Great fold for this regal lion. Your card is sensational, Joanne!
I love the stripes with this gold. I almost reached for that stamp as well. It is the only lion I have. Love how pretty you do paper piercing.
I just love the combination of colors, Joanne. Great lion face, and those three brads are the perfect finish!
Tried to comment on this earlier and it wouldn't let me...so glad it's working now.
As usual, your have a wonderful design and dps. Your lion is surely regal!
The brads so add to the card!
Love the colors you used on this card, Joanne, and the layout is perfect to show off your regal king of the jungle!
As well as your striking and classy card, I loved your contrast between wild creations and friendly team in the write-up. Love the contrast of the striped DP with the lion tones - and you know what I think about your piercing, always love it!
