Etching Along with the CCEE Stampers

Vicky, our hostess for the CCEE Challenges in January, asked us to use a technique called stamp etching this week.  There is a tutorial for this at Splitcoaststampers at this link.

I can't wait to see what the other DT members did with this technique.  This is only my second time trying it and have not perfected it yet.

I used a stamp set from SU for my images and one from Hero Arts for my sentiment.

Be sure to visit the CCEE Blog to check out the stamp etches projects/cards by this fabulous team.

How absolutely delightful in orange and yellow, Joanne! Love it.

You picked my favorite color for this awesome card!!! These colors bring some much needed colors into my dreary, wintery day. By the way, I am not a robot, but my eyes are so bad I can't make out the codes.

Ha, I don't think I've perfected it yet either and it's at least my fourth attempt. But, I have to say, this looks pretty great to me, Joanne! The pop of colour and all the depth you added to the flower looks great against the green foliage layer.
