The CCEE'ers Are Singing in the Rain.....(or sun)

(sorry about the muddy photo)

This week Sabrina, our CCEE Stampers' hostess for January, has chosen the theme of "umbrellas". Sabrina says that January is a pretty wet month in Ireland where she lives - and except on the days when it's too windy, an umbrella is an essential accessory. However she also said we could look forward to the summer and bring a beach umbrella, or take a trip to the Orient and bring an elegant Chinese or Japanese-style umbrella.. All that she requires is that there be any sort of umbrella on your card, whatever the weather.

I used an MFT bunny set for my card along with some paper piecing.

Be sure to stop in at the CCEE Blog to see the other fabulous creations made with umbrrella images..

Those clouds are wonderful. I have two comments about the bunny.......his ear is going to be awfully wet, and what is he standing in??????????Can't be the rain, can it? (LOL) Love the paper piecing!

I so nearly used Flopsey - and I did use one of the sentiments. He always makes me smile. I like the way his umbrella is pieced from the same paper as the background. What's the embossing folder you use? I've admired it on your cards before but don't know what I should be looking for.

The bunny is so cute and I love the paper pieced umbrella the same as your bg.

We had a gorgeous day. It was 66 degrees and a lot of sunshine this afternoon. That sure beats 3, 4, and 5 degrees. Yikes! Too cold for me.
