Winging It This Week with the CCEE'ers

Vicky is our hostess for the month of August.  This week she challenged the CCEE Stampers team to create cards with angels.  Well, I do not have any angel stamps, so I decided that instead of using clip art I would use a winged image......actually a butterfly fairy.  I used white embossing powder on the lilac paper, added the sentiment, a bordered panel, ribbon and bow, and some black pearls.  Not a complicated card, but I do think the design pops.

Now...take a moment to visit the angelic gallery at the CCEE Stamper's Blog.  I am sure you will be blessed with inspiration.

Not only is today Be an Angel Day, it's also National Tooth Fairy Day -- so you're fine as far as I'm concerned! I like your layout and color choices.

Your 'angel' looks wonderful embossed in white Joanne! Great contrast to the green and pink colors!

Joanne, I think your butterfly fairy is the perfect choice for the challenge. The card is gorgeous and that bow finished it off in an awesome way.
Have a fabulous weekend.

This is so pretty, I love the purple and green together.
The black checked bow was a great finishing touch.
