Kathy challenged the CCEE Stampers to make tags this week. Now, you might be looking at my project and laughing.....wondering......where is the tag??!! Well, my tag grew..............and grew.............and grew into a decorated bag. The shaped area in the center is really my tag.....but when I hung it from the handle, it kind of lost something in the translation....IYKWIM........I just didn't like it......so I put the 'tag' on a base and attached it to the bag. I used the bow to hide the original 'hole' (which had been on the top). The friend whose gift was enclosed in the bag just loved her bag.......and will reuse it for another friend's event. So......that is the story of my tag that grew into a bag.

I love your 'tag bag', Joanne. It is a gift in itself. Believe, I know how something you start turns into something else.
There is a saying that my mom used to use all the time -- it came from the book "Uncle Tom's Cabin" -- "she just grew like Topsy." (Topsy being a character in the book) Your tag seems to have suffered the same fate! But I love it!!!
A tag? Ok, I believe you - and the bow is the crowning glory on a lovely creation - your tag certainly grew into a swan ;-).

How funny...I don't know how many times I have started out to make one thing and it morphs into something else...LOL!!! I love your bag/tag...it's sooo elegant with the monogram and that lovely ribbon!!!!
