Cows and Trains, Oh My!!!!

Frances is the hostess for June with the CCEE Stampers Challenge.  June is dairy month, so in honor of our member who is in the dairy industry Hoots wanted us to include a cow on our cards this month.  In my collection of stamps, I have few cows.  I really should have gone a bit more elegant with my card because the person being honored always makes such rich, warm, elegant cards.  This one, however, is for her wild side....and we all know she has one of those!!!!!  This is a digital image from Michelle ?  (if someone recognizes it and knows a last name, please leave it for me in your comment).

Now be sure to check out the bovine gallery at the CCEE Blog.  You are sure to be 'moo'ved by their creativity!!!

Our hostess for the Stampin B's this week is Brenda (Benzi).  She has challenged us to create a masculine card using the colors black and brown plus one other color.  I chose So Saffron as my other color.  I used images and a sentiment from a soon-to-be-released set from Mark's Finest Papers called All Aboard.

Now be sure to stop by the Stampin B's Blog to see the masculine creations by the rest of this fabulous no-rulz team.

Cows and trains...not a good mix sometimes if you know what I mean. LOL
Joanne, I love your surfboarding dude and I think we both love houndstooth this week. Mine is Graphic 45 and I think yours may be, too..looks just alike. Great job on your challenges. So Saffron is great to mix in on the 'B'challenge and I LOVE that image. Very masculine.

What a contrast -- that colorful cow card and the almost monochromatic train card. Both are lovely in their own way. I like the track across the bottom of the train card. And the colorful "cow marks" on the surfboard!

Good job all around, Joanne!

You did an incredible job with the StampinB masculine card challenge this week Joanne. The image is awesome and I love your houndstooth dp and railroad track with matching sentiment. You knocked this one out of the park; or, should I say, railway!

Okay I grew up on a cow farm with a train track behind our house so I am not sure which one I love more. This is awesome. I like the track you added behind your image on the second one. Great job Joanne.
