Blog Hop Info AND Stampin B's and CCEE Challenges

There is a blog hop going on at Mark's Finest Papers today to celebrate their new release.  Today members of the Design Team will be sharing creations made with the set called In My Mother's Garden, which I used to create this simple card.  Be sure to go to the Mark's Finest Paper's Blog to begin the blog hop.  I am sure you will be dazzled by the creations of the team.

This card was made for the Stampin B's and the CCEE Challenges for this week.

Lois was our hostess for the Stampin B's, and she challenged us to make a card with a circle, a square, and an oval.  Well, my main image is my oval, my pink dp layer is my square (with a border cut into it), and my sentiment is my circle.

Cindy is our hostess for the April CCEE Challenges, and this week she challenged us to a color combo of pink and black.  Well, quite honestly, this is a color combo I use often, so this was pretty easy for me.

The image and sentiment I used are from a Mark's Finest Papers set called Just Dandy.  I used a Martha Stewart border punch and 'floral' punch.

Now...you are going to want to see what the members of both these fabulous teams have created, so here are the links to the team blogs.  Remember that you can always visit their individual blogs by clicking on the links found on my sidebar under the team names.

JoAnne, I love your take on the watering can image. You have showcased it so well. Your dp, and colors are so cheerful. I also love that awesome Just Dandy image. I have a fondness for dandelions are they are so free floating; however, not so much in my yard! Your borders, ribbons, lace, colors and dp are perfection. Wow!

These are fantastic, Joanne!! Wow, I love the pink, purple, and green card on top (these remind me of my fav jelly bean flavors!). That watering can looks great! And great thinking on fitting in the circle, square, and oval. The pink, white, and black look so pretty!!!

Gorgeous cards, Joanne. When you were little, did you blow dandelions to find out how many kids you would have? You know, however many are left is the number. Yikes! I had quite a few left at times. Guess that didn't work. LOL
