Let Me Introduce You to..............

ANGEL

On Saturday, we welcomed a new member to the family. She came to us from a foster home/shelter in Tennessee. Isn't she just the sweetest?????

The two pictures above were taken by her foster 'mother' and that's why you see grass.  Around here we only have snow on the ground.  She is a mix of King Charles Spaniel (for sure) and Australian Shepard (they think).  She loves to cuddle and has some razor sharp baby teeth.  She went to the vet today and she weighs a whole 4.7 pounds.

As you can see, from this third picture, she has made herself at home right away!!!!

Pepper has not made a decision on how he feels about a sibling.......at least she can be in her gated area and he can be in the same room without chaos......that is a BIG step for Pepper who DOES NOT like other 'critters' with 4 legs.  And he is not so sure WHAT she is.......the way he looks at her we think he might mistake her for a CAT.....with her fluffiness and all......

In other news....we are awaiting yet another storm at the moment....should start in the wee hours of the morn and go on for more than 2 days for a mixture of snow and ice .......and more accumulation.......ack!!!!

Angel is just a big ball of fur! How adorable. Hopefully, Pepper will become super friends with Angel...eventually.
We are supposed to have stormy weather tomorrow night...but not the snow kind. Ours will be the stormy weather you get when you go from 60 one day for the high to 38 the next day. Watch out!

Joanne, Angel is absolutely adorable!!! How lucky you are. :) We're battening down the hatches for the storm here, too. Looks like we are going to be north of the freeze line, so we're going to get all of our 48 hours of precip as snow. NWS is saying to expect 18" to 24". Where are we going to put it?????????

She is so cute, I would love to just cuddle with her and I'd give Pepper his equal share of cuddles too, he is a cutie! Hopefully the two will be real by the time the snow has disappeared...if that ever happens!

She is so sweet, Joanne...and hope Pepper quickly adjusts!! I've been helping dog sit for my parents and have quickly found that my Corgi does not like being around them. So he is not invited this trip!!
I am glad you have this little bit of lovin' in your home!!

Awwwww.....isn't she just the cutest little pup!!!!! I have been resisting the urge to get a fluffy little 4 legged friend because we have all the horses and donkeys but they can't come in the house and sit on my lap and cuddle!!!! I just might have to give in, especially after seeing this adorable little doll baby!!

She is so precious...how could Pepper not get along with that???? Although, once Pepper gets used to the whole idear, they will be inseparable! Joanne...what a precious baby...did you just bathe her? How could a dog be so clean!

She is gonna be one spoiled pup! Like Pepper! Giggle! Adorable!!!

Congrats on the new "baby". She's a doll! It's wonderful that you got her from a shelter. We fostered dogs for several years and they are all very wonderful and deserve a wonderful home.
