Getting Sketchie with Flourishes
Tonight (well....in the wee hour of the new day...lol) I am sharing two cards I made from the same Flourishes set. I just LOVE this Santa....so easy to make a great card from....perfect in my book!!!
This frist one was done for Flourishes Tuesday Challenge. It was a fab sketch which I mostly stayed true to. The colors I used are blush blossom, mellow moss, and ruby red. The gingham ribbons is from Mark's Finest Papers and is one of my favs.
This second card is from the same set as is the sentiment used. It is using the Sketch Challnge on SCS. Rox does such a fab job of keeping us inspired with her challenges.

I love how you used this great Santa image on both cards! I've learned from these cards that you can crop part of an image and still have a fantastic card! Beautiful!

Awesome Santas and I love what you did with him. Wonderful gingham ribbon. Now, I wonder which it will be, stamp or clean. Bet, I know. LOL
What a terrific vintage Santa and both of your Christmas cards are magnificent! The partially cropped Santa offset by that fabulous gingham bow looks cool.
The circled Santa looks like he is winking to me...it is so whimsical and love the gingham paired with it. So which one out, stamping or cleaning??
Oh I mean won out...meaning which did you accomplish? Sometimes I have to clean to stamp, just cuz I can't find my stuff! Stay warm and dry, dearie!
