Inspiration Challenge -- Nursery Rhyme
Frances continues as our hostess this month, and she will soon be welcoming her first grandson, so many of this month's challenges are related to babies. Well, this week we have an inspiration challenge -- our mission was to make a card related to a nursery rhyme. My card relates to a part of a nursery rhyme that says
Knick Knack Patty Whack
Give the Dog a Bone
This Old Man
Came Rolling Home
I must apologize....when I came up here to write this post, I forgot to write down the companies for the stamps used. If you need to know, just note that in your comment and I'll get back to you. Other than that, I think you can pretty much see how this card was created. However, now that I see the card on this post, I will be cutting a RED heart to pop up over the stamped black one. Then I will be happier....lol!!!!
Now....this should be a fun week to check out the CCEEer's creations. Wonder what nursery rhymes will be their inspiration??? To find out, please go to the CCEE blog. You will also find info to help you play along with us.
Stampin B's Challenge #58
Food/Beverage
Well, Brenda is our hostess this week, and she wanted us to make a card using food or a beverage. Well....doesn't CHOCOLATE meet BOTH those requirements.....lol!!! This image is from an old SU set as is the 'got chocolate' sentiment. The other sentiment is unmarked.
You can pretty much see how this card was created. I did use my fav Marvy scallop corner rounder as well as my CB.
Can't wait to see what the rest of the team has on their menu!?! Be sure to go to the Stampin B's blog to see their deeeelish creations and to get info on how to play along with us.

love them both Joanne ... esp love your shaped panels in your chocolate card
Both are awesome!!
A dynamic pair of challenge cards, rich with beautiful details! Your cards are amazing!
Woof! Woof! Love your adorable pooch, JoJo! He can keep the bone; I'll take the chocolate in your pretty pink card. I love how you did the Nestie panels behind your image!
Love the cute puppy and the nestie's you used, great colors, too. I need to brush up on my nursery rhymes, I never thought of this one either.
Yummy chocolates and colored so pretty. The colors you chose go so well with the chocolate theme.
Oh, that first one has my heart wagging, or my tail, or...whatever...so sweet!!
And the second is giving me such cravings, you do amazing things with that marvy punch, Joanne!
You have been such a busy stamper, and I a slug, so sorry I am so far behind on your blog!
I have a favor to ask, could you please, if you have time, stamp a few (maybe 4) images for me of the puppy and his saying? If it wouldn't be too much trouble, I have a couple of friends who just got dogs, and have no doggie stamps. I can wait until you have a big opening in your stamping schedule...hee! You are so busy!!
BEAUTIFUL work always!!
so cute! love the nesties, just fits!
and that chocolate... drool... fab card kiddo!
Joanne, these are fantastic! Love the nursery rhyme card with the pooche! The layout and detail with chocolate of the second one is awesome, too! Great stuff!
These are terrific, Joanne! Love the puppy and the corner deets on your three long panels on the second one. Both are just wonderful!
