Lori, our hostess for January, challengedthe members of the Crazy 4 Challenges team (and YOU) to make birthday cards, as this is her birthday month.I used this rose image by Innovative Stamp Creations, our company sponsor for the first two weeks of January. I seem to be in a purple/plum mood lately and just love to mix those colors with celery (and black 0f course) I use one of my new 'toys', the deep Martha Stewart punch which I must say I just LOVE!!! I punched in black as well and offset it a bit to highlight the border. (Not really sure why I have this fixation with black.....guess it is just ME!!!!) I did some piercing, used my fav Marvy scalloped corner punch on some corners, added a bit of ribbon, used my Nesties classic oval to make the tag. And....that is the way it evolved!!!

THUD! GASP! BOING! ZOWIE!!! OMG, gf, this is outrageously GORGEOUS!!! I'm gonna start calling you the Punch Queen. The MS deep punch you used is so exquisitely lovely, and I adore the color combo. The black matting sets things off so nicely.
