Late for the Tea Party......

My very dear friend, Cindy, (Mothermark.......among other names....lol) has hosted a tea party of Tuesdays for an entire year. I have hung my head in shame as I have not participated in these challenges, even though I always stop in to the tea party to check things out. Well, for her anniversary I really wanted to participate....but real life has been getting in the way. Plumbers, appliance servicemen, 89 year old toddlers, friends facing crises, and other things have just been frazzling any order in my life. I am not complaining....just explaining.

Anyhoooooooooo.....the teapot for inspiration was quite dainty with a set of three flowers on it, so I went for somewhat dainty and stamped my smaller rose image three times......(as an aside I must say that I did a pretty good job lining them up as my peepers were tired by 10:30 pm stamping....lol!!!) The roses come from an unmounted set by Innovative Stamp Creations called Sketch of Roses. It is stunning.

Congratulations, Cindy!!! I will make a new teapot resolution to try to actually attend the tea party more often. I will practice holding my pinkie up high!!! I wouldn't want to embarrass the hostess, such a dainty sweetie........lol!!!!!

Yaaaay! I'm so glad you were able to come to the tea party, dear friend. Bertie needs a buddy to watch her back for her, so I hope you will be able to attend more frequently. Sorry to hear about the craziness for you lately; I hope it settles down for you.

The Queen and I definitely love this elegant and gorgeous creation. I really love that blue rose and the lacey border punch.

High pinkies, gf!! (you know, like high five....)

Well you know you've got to protect those peepers of yours, but if you ever need someone to sprinkle a cloud of glitter nearby, you know where to find me. :)
Nice job capturing the windsor mood of the teapot. You can hold your pinky high and proud now.
