The CCEE Stampers Challenge this week is a technique challenge. Anne asked us to use the 'marker direct to rubber stamp' technique. Years ago I used this method quite often as I had all the SU markers. Now, most of them are dried up and, since I use Copics, I have not replaced them. Therefore I was somewhat limited in what I could do. Off I went to one of my fav SU sets, a perfect set for this technique. I also decided to keep it pretty CAS, adding only some scoring, paper piecing and a sentiment from the same set.
I can't wait to see what the rest of the team does with this technique. Hope you will stop into the CCEE Blog to be inspired!!!
Love this Joanne
ReplyDeleteI like how you pierced inside the embossing lines. Very pretty CAS, Joanne!
ReplyDeleteThis is just gorgeous, I love those pretty tulips. I almost used tulips then decided on a stamp that needed to see its first ink. :)
ReplyDeleteJoanne, you used my favorite flower, the tulip. Very pretty CAS card.
ReplyDeleteGreat piercing. Love the old set and your use of the TQ!
ReplyDeletePretty tulips! I like the piercing and score lines around the edges of your card.
ReplyDeleteAn oldie but goodie image. This is lovely. I really like the piercing.
ReplyDeleteJo,
ReplyDeleteVery pretty CAS - lovely image and sentiment - and I always like your piercing.
Wow, those brushstroke tulips couldn't be more perfect for Anne's challenge -and for a beautiful CAS card, too.
